How long does it take for home delivery?

Why am I being charged for delivery when my order states standard delivery is free?

Free delivery applies to standard shipping, but express and priority shipping options may have additional charges.

I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?

Why does it not tell us on the website that the parts will be delivered by the branch?

Some parts are shipped directly from our branches or warehouses, and notifications are sent once processed.

Can I collect from a local store?

Currently, we do not offer in-store pickups, but we are working on making this available in the future.

Do you deliver on Weekend?

Yes, weekend delivery is available for selected locations and courier services.

Can you confirm you have received my return?

Once we process your return, you will receive a confirmation email. It may take up to 5 business days.

How long will it be before I get a refund?

Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method.

Who pays for return postage?

If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the return postage. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.

Why have you not refunded the original delivery charge?

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
